Welcome to Mami Tran!

Over 40 years ago Mami Tran was a newly immigrated single mom of five adorable kids (just look at us!). Her determination, love, courage and incredible food fed and inspired each of us, and now we’re sharing it with you.

We’re sisters Lizz Eng & Cindy Tran: owners and operators of Mami Tran, Seattle’s premier Vietnamese food truck. Inspired by the homemade recipes of our amazing Mom, the one and only Mami Tran, our food is bursting with exciting flavors, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and decades of love.

Even before we opened Mami Tran, our Mom’s food had a cult following: it’s not an exaggeration to say that people would instantly cancel plans for a chance to come to her house, sit at her kitchen counter, and eat her famous Pho. And don’t even get us started on her crispy egg rolls -- they’re seriously addictive.

Food -- sharing food, bringing food to one another -- is a huge part of our family. With Mami Tran, we’re able to extend that tradition to every person who comes to our counter. We’re so happy to be able to share the incredible dishes that our Mom raised us on with you.

Mami Tran is a Minority & Women's Certified Business in the State of Washington.

Eat up! Then eat some more.
